Let Granger Properties of Tahoe help you find a ski lease; a home that is yours for the entire ski season.

Generally ski leases are for a minimum of 5 months rental beginning December through April. Ski lease tenants are responsible for entire rental fee plus one month's security deposit (not to be applied towards rental fee) prior to occupancy date. Tenants are responsible for snow removal and all utilities during the term of lease.

We also have homes available for 6 or more months for long-term rentals. Call to inquire.

A fully refundable security deposit is required for all Granger Properties. The deposit for homes is $1,000 and $500.00 for condominiums. The deposit is refunded provided that the property is left in good condition and undamaged.
